Autumn is an author and meditation teacher dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner strength, emotional clarity, and resilience.
After navigating profound personal challenges and rebuilding her life from the ground up, Autumn became deeply committed to understanding the science and practice of meditation. Her work blends trauma-informed mindfulness, meditation training, and practical tools for personal transformation.
Through her books, guided meditations, and coaching, she helps individuals cultivate emotional awareness, regulate the nervous system, and develop tools for lasting personal change.
Autumn’s writing explores themes of mindfulness, recovery from difficult relationships, mental health, and personal empowerment. In addition to working directly with clients, she develops meditation resources designed for both individuals and wellness professionals.
Her mission is simple: to help people reclaim their voice, their power, and their ability to live with intention.

After moving to the United States, I built a career and achieved many of the goals I once dreamed about. Yet despite those accomplishments, I found myself overwhelmed by stress and anxiety and searching for something deeper.
In 2009, I attended a meditation retreat that changed my life. During one of the meditations, I experienced an intense sense of love and peace, as if a thousand suns had fallen upon me. For the first time, I felt deeply connected to something much larger than myself. In that moment, I understood that we are far more than our problems and circumstances, and that life holds far more possibilities than we often realize.
That experience was the beginning of my spiritual journey and led me to study meditation and mindfulness.
My goal is to help others discover a deeper sense of peace that does not depend on what is happening around them. I often say that many people are only one meditation away from experiencing a level of calm and clarity they did not know was possible.
As an author, you can find my books written under Energia Mindfulness and my pen name, Autumn B. Hayes.
Just as the earth sheds its leaves before new life appears, I believe we also have to release what no longer serves us in order to grow. After many changes and turning points in my life, the name Autumn became a symbol of renewal.
Autumn holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and is a Chopra Center certified meditation teacher, ACE-certified personal trainer, weight loss and sports conditioning specialist, and fitness nutrition expert. Her professional credentials were established under her birth name, Virna Lichter. She is the founder of Energia Mindfulness and Untamed.
